If you’re like most wannabe’s or seasoned investors you’ve gone to alot of seminars, read dozen of books, watched countless reality shows and spent considerable amounts of money to learn the in’s and out’s of flipping. And still potentially nothing to show for it because the task at hand appears so overwhelming. Especially if you’re new at the game!
If any of the above sounds remotely familiar there’s hope. Not so much in buying, fixing up and reselling a property for a profit for starters but in ‘birddogging’ a prime property, putting it under ‘assignment of contract’ and flipping the paper, NOT the property.
